Don't feel too bad. Here in IL the same thing happened with liscense plates for comm. vehicles (ovr 10,000#). Anyone who renewed before July 1 and thought they were OK got another bill for another 36%. Some trucking companies are making noise about moving main office and headquarters out of state. If they do, the state looses it all. I understand all the states across the country being financally strapped, but they forget that everyone on down the ladder is in the same boat. I guess there is no easy answer, but it seems they target the little guy to carry the load. RANT OVER oleblu
