I really doubt that you'll find published rollover data you are looking for, but it'd be a very simple matter for you to acquire the data yourself with empirical testing. Just get yourself a Universal Tractor and find a steep slope. I'm confident that after only a couple of tries you'll get what you're asking for.

Judging by some of the replies to your posting I'm sure that many of the respondents will be more than happy to help you into the driver's seat...
