I have the chance to buy a WD9 from an Amish farmer close by. He has the tractor on Steel that they encased with concrete for the added wieght. I would like to restore the tractor on rubber but was wondering how hard it would be to find rims. Any good sources? Also, he says the tractor runs but one cylinder does need rebuilding. Obviously, I would rebuild the whole thing the right way. Any advice on how much money I'd be looking at with rims, and rebuilding the motor??????
