48D Leader Tractor

I am looking for information about the fair market value of a 48D Leader Tractor that is owned by my Mother. This tractor was running when Dad acquired it but has not run in 4 plus years. It has the Hercules engine that does turn over, it has a hydraulic lift for the cultivator on the rear, and the rear belt drive unit. I do have digital photos is anyone is interested. Mom is interested in selling this tractor but we have no idea of it's value. Thank you for any advise.
