I'd be skeptical about it as tlak suggests. If it was running so nice, why was it parked and never cranked again?

If it's complete you could probably get your money back selling the parts if you didn't pay over $1200 for it. If they can prove it runs and it has nice extras (p/s, live pto, etc) then it should be worth at least $3000 or maybe more.
