Hytran: The big key here is what specs does it meet. You have to get into the specs and the base oil and the addatives it has in it. I use to haul out of Kendall/Witco and the guys in the lab said if you had a old car that used oil you could mix anything in it as long as you changed it every 3 to 4 thousand miles. Now I have a question. Have any of you tried Shaeffer's 315 synthetic blend which is rated as International B-6 along with many others. Their test result sound great, but I would like to hear from someone with first hand knowledge of the product.
