JD 755 track loader

Working on a 755 track loader for a neighbor and the machine is fully hydrostatic. If you are moving forward and push the right track pedal to apply the brake and disengage the track (as to turn to the right) the right track goes into reverse, this is with the main drive selector lever in FWD. Any ideas out there? would it be a leaking or bypassing valve? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions
