I can't believe it--I live in the Fargo area and just noticed last week that Surplus Tractor Parts (aka All Parts International) was closed. I bought a number of tractor books and WD45 tractor parts over the years there. It was a great outlet and handy for us North Dakotans. Harbor Freight opened shop in a building that was occupied some time ago by Goodwill. It's on the same frontage road as STP corp. was but isn't in the same building.
