if it was a tubeless tire and not filled with liquid i would say you could probably get away with it if ya took out the valve core, but on a filled tire i would never try it, not to mention the fact that the inner tube would melt so then ya will have to break down the tire anyhow. its not that hard to drain the tires anyhow, my father has drained them before with one of those little pumps that you power off a drill, worked pretty good, and he put it back in the same way. definatly do not try and weld it the way it is tho.
