the 1066 is a quite a bit more tractor than the jd,personally i would go with a 86 series they are not alot more money and they have a cab with ac.pretty much the same as a 1066 depending on what year you locate.i would suggest a 966 or a 986,they are a little closer to the hp your looking for at 100 hp.
