Not sure I want to ask why, but I suppose a winch makes more sense than wings and a propeller... Are you getting the tractor stuck and need to pull yourself free or are you trying to pull something with the tractor? Biggest problem you'll have is finding something strong enough on the tractor to bolt the winch to. Most tractors like that are made of pretty flimsy metal. Also, battery and charging circuit aren't nearly big enough. You'll need something in the range of a couple of hundred amps if you plan to use the winch much at all. Not only will you need a bigger battery, you'll need a bigger alternator to keep it charged. Could get a bit pricy. Ever consider a hand crank (boat type) winch or a come-along?
