Antique Farm Implement

I have come across what I believe is a fully intact horse-drawn corn drill or seed drill machine. This implement has the name "Hoosier" carved into the metal seat. I believe it is a 2-row corn drill made by the Hoosier Drill Co. back in the mid-to-late 1800's, because I found a picture of it in a Hoosier Drill Co. advertisement on the internet. It is made entirely of heavy gauge steel. It has a metal seat for the driver to sit in and two large (~ 2 ft. diameter) metal wheels. It has two round corn (or seed) containers near the front and is roughly 5-6 ft long. I found this implement behind an old barn in Knoxville, TN and it has a large tree (~ 16" diameter) growing up through the frame between the wheels and the seat, so I know the implement has been sitting there a long time. Is anyone familiar with this type of implement or does anyone know if this is something worth cutting the tree down to get the entire implement intact? Thanks for any information.
