Hi Van, Yeah, Sorry. I was havin' a sort of bad day that day. :>) When I get this old gal all set up, I'm gonna post a picture for you all to see what I'm dealing with up here in the timber growing on this vertical terrain. One driveway requires the use of four-wheel drive vehicles in the summer on dry days! I just had to buy this property as it was "so pretty" up here in the hills. Another rule of thumb: never buy real estate without first asking about the winter snowfall amounts! Geeze! Until I bought this land, I had never encountered a furnace going out on account of snow covering the stove-pipe on the roof before! And they call this the "high rent district". :>( When you see the pictures, you'll understand why I need the wide front, the loader and the tire chains.
