For the 2000 I'd go with the frame mounted 713/723 series backhoe. It ties in well to the tractor(not difficult to drop/mount attachment) and appears to distribute load well - not over stressing one area of the tractor.
Make sure you get the proper attachment kit for your type of tractor - Utility Industrial,Heavy duty industrial etc and the proper sized Hydraulic pump - I think the range is 11-18 gpm depending backhoe reach. I have a 723 hoe on a (63) 2000 utility industrial.
