Thanks Charlie I'm trying to get a small piece of land and the MF is what he used to maintain it. He will not sell the tractor with the land becasue he wants to have a auction. So if I can not get it in the auction I will have to get something else and I want it to be about the same size. Right now I am not brand loyal so I was just looking at what is out there and what it would cost me to get something else.
