You have a difficult tractor to 'correct'. In '63,
Ford replaced the 6000's(red),giving the owners a
6000(blue). There were updates on updates on updates. Ford rebuilt the used red 6000's, they
sold poorly, bad stigma. The SoS was no fun also.
Why open a Pandora's Box, going retro tranny? You
always have an odd issue, unless the company had
developed an option. Going to something else of
that vintage, may prove easier, a 1650D Oliver?
If you prefer blue, a 5000D(67 HP)w/8 speed?
