Have a broken left final drive housing, that I have found a replacement for, BUT, the part #'s are totaly different. The broken part I have is # 9824 DCX. The #'s and the DC are "CAST", when the part was made, and the X was stamped into the housing. The part I found is # 6827 DB. I believe this is off an A. Need to find out if this is the same housing, with just different #'s, because of the year made, or if they are totaly different. One person told me the # 9824 DCX was for a V model, but acording to the serial # it is SA, not a hig clerance model. Thank you for any help you can give. If there is a different forum I need to be on to find out the answer to this question, please let me know. Thanks. UG!
