This does NOT constitute abuse. Haggle with the dealer again.......you'll probably not go anywhere with him..........then hit the corporate website. Read them the riot act. I had to do this with my Stihl chainsaw. Dealer wasn't worth a $hit and was ignorant about the repair my new saw needed. I paid the outragious bill to get the saw back and promptly wrote the big guys. Corporate guys thought differently.....had the dealer sent me a reimbursement check!
