I would tell them in a nice way that it was used with normal use. If they dont fix it, tell them to come and get the tractor and you want a full refund. That should get their attention. By the way I have a New Holland TN70 and I am very happy with it. I had a few little things fixed on it, but I had excellent service. I even went and told the owner how well of a job the mechanic they sent out did. I have been around green tractors all my life and I think this one has given no more problems than any other color.
