The TC 30 is probably as good as any compact. Can't tell you much about changing the seal, but I doubt that you will get far with NH. That, in my opinion is not really normal wear, but would be classified as misuse in their world. But hey, it's worth a shot. Dealer may not want an unhappy customer. The shaft has to be guarded, and most anyone with a FWD tractor has found that out the hard way. Actually, I thought they were all guarded these days. I think if you check, you will find they offer a kit for this. Good luck. Rod
