AGCO is a collection of "sell-outs" The "Agco" name has only recently appeared on the sign. All they did was to buy "names" that are linked to tractors of the past. Just becouse the managment at Deere was insightful enough to expand their product line to meet the needs of a changing world, they are no less of a producer of the best quality farm equipment on the planet.
Agco sells some good stuff. They ARE NOT the same Allis-Chalmers, the same Massey Ferguson, or any of the same companies that made THOSE names famous.
I'll keep my Deere equipment, just the same, thank you. JMHO,John
