While I can under stand some one trying to get as much as they can out of a tractor. What I can not see is the prices that some try to charge for scrap iron. You all mention 8N's. I have seen adds say "ran when we parked it 15 years ago". Yet they still want top dollar. I mean it is not like they only built 2000 of these things. Or it is some rare find and I will pay what ever you ask just to have one cause you are the only one with one for sale.
On the other side of the coin I have seen a few (very few though) that do not know what they should charge.
