Everyday I pick up the paper and hear about some retarded lawsuit over spilt milk or silly product liability cases. Yours seems like a real enough reason to sue those who call themslves professionals and those you trusted. D*mn right he is trying to settle with you quietly. Thank God you didn't lose you wife. You got her back, that is all that really matters. Now you should both go after 'em so you can pay the maintenance on that $$$$ new combine and make your life a little easier when they made it alot tougher. Take her somewhere special. Also helps to keep them honest in the future. Let your conscience be your guide. Under the existing "host law" I was permitted to sue for big $$$$$$$$$ and huge settlements were being done at the time. I opted not to because I didn't feel anyone else was responsible for my exemplary stupidity. I am glad I didn't sell my soul to the devil (lawyers). They wouldn't have brought my body back. They sure did tempt a 22 year old though. And while I'm at it...Did you hear the Taliban controlled region of Afghanistan has said that they will cut the noses off anyone caught listening to music? Thank God we are free. Name withheld :)
