Kubota 245 hydraulic problem

Our Kubota L245DT has a problem, I first noticed the hydraulics were slow, especially when the bucket and the 3 point hitch were raised. I opened the centre compartment and the hyd fluid came bubbling out. The fluid is white and full of air even after running for only a couple of minutes. Any ideas what the problem could be?
We can't see any leaks or anything obvious on the outside.
