I agree with Ben. Remove the radiator and then clean it out. A friend of mine owns a large radiator shop in a nearby city, and he told me that using a cleaner while the radiator is still in use/on the vehicle is a bad policy. The cleaner will flow down into the tubes and remain there if the stoppage does'nt clear out(a new radiator core is $600 for my 1932 Chevrolet). Then the chemical(s) will eat through the tube eventually because there is no other way out. A clean and rod process on a radiator is about 1/2 the cost of a new core, but you're getting a guarantee with the new core the old core may fail again next week.
