I don't know of any specific date that the problems where resolved, more of a gradual improvement. Given the fact that these trctors are now all about 20 years old or older these problems have more likely then as not been repaired unless your looking at an extrememly low hour machine. Much like the old 560s, the problem machines have more or less weeded themselves out through salvage or overhaul.
