This may come as a shock to some but Canada and the U.S. have much in commen including our English roots.Many of our immigrants including my Irish ancestors came to the U.S. from Canada. We are both an outspoken, freedom loving, contrary group of people primairly because our ancestors the guts or foresight to pack up and move out from the ancestral lands.
