look at the engine block on the right side at the head gasket line there is a flat spot that will have some nos. like 260, 277, 208. if 260 should be a 44 . if 277 should be 44 special . if 208 should be 33. this is only a ruff guess and if it's a 4 cylinder engine best way to id is right under the PTO lever on the trans. housing is the ser. no clean the gunk off with a wire brush and find the nos.
