I took the ones on my 60 out but I soaked them with kroil then tapped the heads with a hammer quite a few times so the rust broke loose around the bolts and washers all but one came out that one broke off I welded a washer to it then a nut to that and it came out Your best bet is to take lots of time lots of kroil or pb blaster and tap them with a hammer until they come loose
