Beginning a Ford 640 project

A few weeks ago I asked here about potentially taking on a project of reviving my father's old Ford 640. I received much ecouragment here and have decided to procceed. Thanks to everyone who has offered advice so far. I have put together a little web page where I hope to document the progress. The project has not started yet, but this is where we begin.
