I've been a Farm Bureau member for 28 years and have all of my insurance with Country Companies. Farm, vehicles, life and crop insurance. I check around every year or two and I haven't found anyone in the normal storefront agency type place that will come within 25% of what I pay CC. When I ask the other guys about my antique tractors all I get is blank stares. And don't even ask about crop insurance, I know it is a federal program, but it is one product where service does matter.
