The problem is most likely caused by the main hydraulic trying to pump while cranking. The tractor may have an internal hyd. leak, bad or incorrectly seating stroke control valve, or main pump leakage. Try moving the steering wheel side to side when starting and see if it cranks easier. If it does, post back and we will go throw a test proceedure for the hydraulics.
