Gotta vent a little!

Maybe it's just me-but-I get tired of E-mailing SOME of these people advertised in the tractor magazines about a product,parts,information,etc.and don't get a reply,or it takes 'em 2 weeks to reply.I realize that people can be and are busy quit often.But why bother to list your on-line address and not be prompt to follow up on a potential sale.Maybe all they would be doing is sitting in front of keyboard answering questions? Maybe it's just me, but it does get frustrating!
