A hidden charge to steal money from a customer is all it is. If the charge was part of the markup from wholesale price, it would be fine. You would know up front what the cost of the part was and could decided to buy or not to buy. Service charges and the like, including the 3 dollars extra a tire shop will charge for a new valve stem, are some of the things that cause me not to buy from that business anymore. Thanks for the info, I'll stay away from Worthington AG.
