You want to get control over outrageous fuel prices? Demand accelerated developement and distribution of fuel cell technology. Buy that technology when it becomes available. Use ethanol to fuel it. In other words, we need a competitive fuel source and power system for vehicles, one that does not use a fuel sold and distributed by the Petroleum companies. Just as soon as there is an alternative, you can bet the farm that fuel prices will become VERY reasonable (for however long it takes to put whatever new system cimes along, out of business!)
