Don't take this guy lightly! He is traveling a distance to act out his perversions and has obviously spent a lot of time scoping out your home area. A little harmless freak just out to get his jollies doesn't exert that kind of effort. He's leaving his home at all hours of the day and night to drive across the border for surveillance on you and yours (and who knows how many other families in other areas), those are not the actions of some benign weirdo. This guy's actions will only escalate until he is caught.
