The price is a little high, as you have a lot of
labor in front of you, as well as probably
putting in an engine rebuild anyhow (used
engine of a 50 year old tractor - it'll need it!).

Loader is worth a few $100, you'll have some
spare engine parts. Do you want this big of a
project? The tractor is probably worth $800
tops, the engine $400, loader $200. But I'd
think that is all top dollar, & I don't know I'd
want to pay top dollar for that big of a project....
You don't know how 'beautiful' the tranny is,
etc.....
