Like the others said the news is blaming the price hike on the few hours the eastern refineries were shut down, which is a bunch of crap. Also next week is labor day weekend which they usually gouge the prices on as well. The oil companies are out of control and unless everyone bands together and quits buying their products they wont get any better.
