Look for a Farmall "H" or "M" or "Super M" with an all hydraulic loader(hydraulic bucket) and aftermarket 3 pt hitch. These tractors are a dime a dozen(cheap!) It will easily handle your driveway snow clearing duties as well as some landscape leveling. Some Ms and Super Ms can be found with power steering which is really nice when running a loader. Parts are readily available at your Case-IH dealer. There are many other good tractors brands/models out there so take a look at the photo ads to get an idea of price.
