Ok, but how? Old farmer Ted had three kids, and they all left. None of them want to farm the place. There is no one else to inherit, so he has to sell. Do we enact some sort of law prohibiting him from selling it to anyone but another farmer? What if he didn't have kids and needs the sale money for his retirement? Are we going to tell him he's got to live a paupers life because he can only sell it at a low price (to another farmer) instead of the much more lucrative price he could get from a developer?

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
