Sounds like you have a lazy Case/IH dealer.

Your local automotive store (etc. NAPA) should be able to help you by application listing.
You can go to www.stant.com and ask them.
My 630 has a Stant 4lb but I can't garranty it's correct.
The orginal chrome topped A45179 cap may be difficult to find but a standard cap shouldn't be any problem.
