Chamberlain Industries in Western Australia made a tractor, the Chamberlain Champion, with a two person bench seat in the late fifites and I'd be very surprised if that was the first to have passenger accomodation. It also had a transverse leaf spring on the front axle, as did, I think, ALL Chamberlain agricultural models right from the very first production model they built in about 1949.
