Thanks Allen for the tips. Iv checked and cleaned al the external oil lines and filter body but no change in pressure. My next step was to remove the oil pan and see if I could either replace the bearings, rebuild the pump, clean the pickup tube, ect. Thats when I heard about the new=style filter possibly being the culpret. Ill replace that first before I do anything else. Jim.
