Ford 801 Diesel will not run

Our 801 Diesel, starts easily and dies after 1-3 seconds, it will do this over and over again. I cleaned the air oil bath cleaner and air tube. Drained and flushed the fuel tank, and replaced the fuel filter and line between filter and pump. Is my injector pump bad and were do you send it for testing and service?
