Joe How hot does your 460 hyd get if the unload valve does not unload the system it well get hot enough to burn your feet through a goood pair of boots. If this is the case you will burn up the pump. On the 460 560 you can the controls valves from single to double by just turning the valve spool a little a rool pin is through the spool for a stop if that is not set right it can cause high pressure and heat. that adjustment is right in front of your feet should be hole in the tin cover that has the brake lock on it. Kevin I would check this as well, you may need to check your relief valve it is in behind the same tin cover, that valve has 4 3/8 cap screws holding the cover on the valve the unload valve is in there as well you will need to take 2 screws out across conners and get 2 longer screws because the relief spring is heafty and it can bight if you are carful in taking the cover plate off. Make sure the unload valve is clean and good oring on it there is a very small orfice in the piston it must be clean. hope I gave some help.
