An expert may be able give a definitive answer, but I think it may be a good idea to find a replacement condensor to match the switch from positive to negative ground. The condensor is an electrolytic capacitor which would make it polarity specific. On my Case 630 (Pos Gnd), the condensor has a red lead. On my other tractors (Neg Gnd), it's black. Same manufacture.
