I do understand your feelings on this. However, the only other legal thing he could have ever done is have your ex sisinlaw pick it up. Would that have felt any better? 19 years later, no one ever picks it up, I guess it is his to sell again. That's how it is. You've heard of squatter's rights, people can claim land that they occupy for as short as 7 years. I guess I would consider it his at this point? Now, if there is more to the story, I might be out of line. But, just what would you have the guy do with the tractor? Again, I do understand your feelings. It's a tough situation. Would you feel better if, possibly, your brother had told him sometime to keep the tractor and treat it as if it was yours until _I_ pick it up? Since your brother never picked it up, the guy is following your brother's wishes? Just a thought? Many possibilities. --->Paul
