GE 4415 - 12 V light bulb. Who has a pair?

Does anyone know of where I can find a GE 12 V 4415 bulb for my restoration project? This bulb is very similar to the current GM 4411 bulb. The main difference is the lense configuration that projects the light and the word FOG is near the boton center of the lense. I need the one with the FOG at the bottom of the lense. I think the 4415 was discontinued about 10 yrs ago.

I would like to find at lease a pair used or new, just as long as they function. Let me know what you have.
