Presuming you're not actually meaning this, and instead are using the phrase lightly, N's ignition switches are well known to heat up, increasing resistance until the electricity cannot flow, killing the ignition. Easy enough to check next time the engine dies.

Don't think it's fuel related myself. When N's run out of fuel they go weak in the knees first, then they start to surge and finally die. You don't describe that symptom.
