I have a J.D. 970 ( yanmar diesel )garden tractor with about 1200 hrs. on it. the only problem I have had with it was a stuck clutch one winter when I let it set for 4 or 5 weeks with out running it. I got it out of the shed then started it and with engine partly idled down jerked it in the highest range gear and when it started moving, then mashed brake and it became unstuck without any parts or labor to fix.
